RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at riot-opus@riotopus.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns on final sale items, limited-edition releases, or custom-made products.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

All orders ship from Taos, New Mexico within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Flat rate of $5 for all U.S. orders. Free shipping on orders over $100. Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

We currently ship to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on location. Delivery times vary but average 7–14 business days.
